I am currently taking part in the Oprah & Deepak Chopra 21 day Meditation series. It is so powerful listening to what they have to say and feeling the change take place. Meditation is not nil for spiritual people, it is for everyone. We all need to take some time during our day just for us, to clear our minds and receive the loving energy that surrounds us. We can choose to be miserable or live in bliss. If you are surrounded by negative people, move away from them. Sometimes we may not have that luxury of walking away as they may be work colleagues or family. It that case bring your inner spirit to a high place of happiness, especially if you will have to spend time with these people. Meditate on being happy and having a joyful experience. You will find that some of it may rub off on others, as they start to see that you are beaming with happiness, and want to know how to get that life too.
